Reiki means "universal life energy." I believe there is an energy force in and around us.

During your shampoo, while your treatment is processing, I will connect and channel this universal life energy and use gentle hand movements as well as light touch with intention to guide the flow of healthy energy to balance your chakras (the energy centers of your body.

Reiki is meant to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in relaxation and reduced pain and tension, and increased mind body connection.

If you love it, you may want to add additional time or come in on a separate day for a stand alone energy healing session!
